  • Run a content audit in order to reorganize content, and eliminate irrelevant and outdated content that does not serve the needs of clients and prospects, providing a more tailored experience

  • Execute content planning including content ecosystem and customer journeys inclusive of print, web, email, and social to increase exposure, connect and build stronger relationships with clients and prospects across a range of channels

  • Review each proposal to ensure it is tailored to the client, is not reliant on boilerplate responses, and has a client-first focus
